FiberX Order Desk is run by FiberX Internet, 368 9th Ave, Suite 309, New York, NY 10001.

The desk collects only what you type into a quote: service address, business name, the kind of site, contact name, phone, email, notes, and the services you select. There is no account and no password. The app does not read the device location, contacts, photos, or microphone, and it does not use an advertising ID.

The quote stays in this browser on this device until you delete it from Orders or clear the browser data. When you place the order, that same quote is emailed to FiberX so Phil can review it. The send goes through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) only to deliver that email. FiberX does not sell this information and does not use it for ads or tracking.

Calling or texting uses your phone’s own dialer. This app does not record the call. The app does not take a card number or any other payment.

The desk is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and FiberX does not knowingly collect their information.

To delete a quote, remove it under Orders on that device, or email [email protected] with the business name and address. Phil deletes the emailed copy. You can ask for a copy of a quote the same way.
